Kanpur Development Authority have performed numerous activities in Kanpur such as residential facilities, housing, complexes,park,water supply, road reformation, elecricity, drainage etc.The people of  Kanpur have overwhelmed to  its works Kanpur city is very large city in the respect of land.Kanpur expanded in 300 Sq. Kilometers area. Number of Industries are established in kanpur city. The population of Kanpur in present are over 30 lacs. Development Authority is also established in Kanpur city to growth of city. Uttar Pradesh Urban Development has established Kanpur Development Authority according to Act 1973.

* to develop spare and unused land
* To construct resident and plots
* Construction of road and its reformation.
* To maintain condition of city Infrastructure.
