Cochin Development Authority

The Greater Cochin Development Authority is developed to develop the city and urban areas. GDCA has undertaken 6 surrounding municipalities and 25 intervening panchayats.Cochin is known as the the commercial capital of Kerala and has been developed. GCDA has performed multiple tasks in Cochin. GCDA has constructed numerous colonies, housing, commercial and plots and complexes.

GCDA construct Masterplan and execute them orderly.It coordinates various developmental agencies operating in Cochin region Preparing & implementing the plan and objectives.IT parks, flyovers, roads, parks, residential housing, bridges and plots are developed by Cochin Development Authority.Main motive of GCDA is to develop Commercial Centre and City Centre.
