Bangalore Development Authority

The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) is established in 6th January 1976 under a separate Act of the State Legislature viz. the BDA Act 1976. Bangalore Development Authority is responsible for to provide the high quality infrastructure, plan and regulate ht city. The BDA has alloted allotted 76000 pots for build residential buildings.

Function of BDA

• Preparation of development plan for Bangalore.
• Preparation of Scheme Plans.
• Approval of Development Plans for Group Housing and Layouts.
• Approval of building plans.
• Other statutory functions under KTCP Act.
